International Shipping

Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first, and then reach out to us for further assistance.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number and photographic evidence to assist with a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made with natural ingredients and are used on the skin, we cannot restock or resell any returned items. For this reason, all sales are final.
