01. Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details you need.
02. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier.
03. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey from our studio to your doorstep.
04. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within our supported domestic regions and do not offer international shipping.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
05. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, our support team will be happy to help investigate your shipment.
06. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We'll review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
07. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or delivered products.
Each product is carefully made using premium natural ingredients intended for direct skin application, and we cannot restock or resell returned items. As a result, all sales are final.
