Once your order has left our botanical studio, you will receive an automated confirmation email populated with official tracking info to monitor your package's progress live.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer international shipping options. If international pathways open up, rates will calculate at terminal checkouts. Customers remain explicitly responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their home laws.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not liable for transit delays caused by regional carriers, natural events, or unpreventable circumstances. If a package is lost in transit, please contact the specific shipping carrier first, and then reach out to us for further backup tracking.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains missing selections, please contact our team within 48 hours of package arrival. Kindly provide your active order code along with clear photographic evidence to coordinate an immediate resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are meticulously handcrafted with premium natural ingredients (such as nourishing tallow and organic elements) designed directly for live skin application, we absolutely cannot restock or resell returned items. For this safe hygiene reason, all sales remain final.
